












We believe in breaking bread (or bagel) with family. The Bagel Deli is family owned and operated, and we want to extend that attitude of warmth and welcome to our customers.
We believe in keeping things simple. A bagel is not fussy, a bagel is not gourmet. A bagel is wholesome and simple. It is the irresistable combination of wheat, yeast, sugar, salt, and malt, and not much else, in the perfect portable portion. Our bagels are crafted by hand, in-house, in small batches.
We believe that you should be able to pronounce what you eat. We do not add any preservatives or dough "improvers" to our bagels. And why would we? Bagel Deli bagels are baked fresh each and every morning. Our bagels are intended to be eaten - preferrably warm out of the oven or toasted to perfection - not shelved.
We believe in tradition. In other words, that your bagel should not be the size of your face. For those who have only ever experienced the evermore numerous "bread with a hole" bagels, we encourage you to indulge in the deliciously flavorful, traditional bagel alternative. You will not want to go back!
